This may seem like a bizarre cooking method initially, but it results in perfect, thin, delicate crepes. Simply invert the non-stick hot plate into the batter (dipping plate included), then turn it right sight up and set it on the table. In a few moments you have enviable crepes which peel easily off the hot plate.

I bought this crepe maker for a fund raiser we were doing and one of the things we sold were crepes, this was fast and easy! They never stuck and the dipping pan was very handy. Most of our group were not familiar with crepes but they were all able to use this pan with no trouble! We now use it at home and we love it!
